How do I cancel my membership subscription?
Your membership subscription is cancelled by contacting our billing company.

What is the length of my membership subscription?
A subscription is broken down into months whereby 1 month is considered to be 30 days. Therefore, your subscription's billing cycle is every 30 days. If you have a recurring subscription, it will be re-billed every 30 days. If you have a one-time subscription, it will expire after 30 days.
I signed up for a recurring subscription, when can I cancel it?
You may cancel ANYTIME before the next billing.
I subscribed using my credit card, what is the name of the charge that will appear on my statement?
The charge will appear on your statment as Hyper Village.
When trying to login, I get the message; "Access Violation" or "Forbidden".
We use technology that blocks accounts if they are being used by more than one person or if the user is causing undue stress to the network.
Contact support@adultcreampie.com for assistance. Once this is corrected, you may need to delete the cookie to clear this message.
We will unblock the account for you and/or change your user name and password.
